When you need a lift...

... girls....

I have the answer.

Buy a new bra. (Or three.) Like I did today. I can't believe how much better I feel with a nice new well fitting, non-sagging bra. I wore the new one out of the shop and it's put a zingy-zing-zing in my step for the rest of the day.

[Sorry menfolk, all one or two of you that likely read this. I don't know what to suggest as an alternative. Maybe a new pair of undies :) ]

Pity it's not financially sustainable to give yourself a boost like this every other week.

Wonder how long the zing will last.

Yep!

Works every time.

(Hand wash and line dry to keep the "zip" a bit longer between shopping trips.)

Apparantly we're supposed to replace our bras every six months.

Like that's going to happen...

I hate to think how long I've had a couple of my old ones. But, yes, who on earth feels justified in buying new bras (at $50 a piece) every 6 months!

I'm so lazy at handwashing. I put mine in a washbag in the machine, although I must confess I'll find it hard to do it the first time with the new ones!

As you know from my constant talk of clotheslines, I do always line dry, so that's a bonus.

Ah, I had that feeling (a few years ago).

I have a 3 bra rule, and no matter how often I buy a new bra, an old one falls over - so I am waiting them out!
